Daniel Terifaj / Growth & Partnership Manager
I build and look after our partnerships at Labyrinth Labs, with AWS front and center: the right conversations, the right people, and deals where both sides win.
Labyrinth Labs is a cloud native & DevOps company from Bratislava on a mission to make cloud journeys hassle free. AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner, back-to-back AWS Consulting Partner of the Year for CEE (2024 & 2025), and the crew behind the AWS User Group Bratislava and #nobullshit.camp.
The day job
The current chapter, and the two that led here.
I build and run our partner relationships, AWS above all. Talking to the right people on both sides, aligning plans, and making sure every deal leaves both Labyrinth Labs and the partner better off. Professional middleman, in the best sense of the word.
The engine room years: supporting sales, marketing, finance and people teams, plus the processes and paperwork that quietly keep a services company running.
Where it all started: sourcing and hiring engineers. Interviews, offers, onboarding. Still the best training for talking to anyone about anything.
One company, three chapters
Four and a half years at Labyrinth Labs. Apparently I found the center of this maze and decided to stay.
Shaping and strengthening our partnership ecosystem, especially the AWS relationship: aligning Labyrinth Labs with partner programs and initiatives, making sure our customers get the full benefit of it, and building internal AI tooling on the side.
The engine room: supporting sales, marketing, finance and people teams, plus a good chunk of everything that quietly keeps a services company running.
Started out hiring engineers. Turns out convincing people is a very transferable skill.

Off the clock
What happens when the partner dashboards are closed.
Claude-powered bots at work, AI experiments at home. This website had an AI co-author, and I regret nothing.
A Bambu Lab A1 mini, a folder of OpenSCAD files, and a growing collection of adapters nobody sells.
DJI Mini 3 Pro pilot. Certified, registered, fully legal. The paperwork habit follows me home.
A small underwater ecosystem that completely ignores all of my KPIs.
Electronics, small automations, repairs. If it has firmware, I will eventually mess with it.
The exit of the maze
A partnership idea, a question about working with Labyrinth Labs, or just AWS ecosystem gossip. Both inboxes are open, or catch me at #nobullshit.camp in September.
